Stacy K. Richards, M.D.

Dr. Richards grew up in the Birmingham area but has been calling Rochester her home for over 20 years. A graduate of the prestigious Inteflex program at the University of Michigan Medical School followed by serving as Family Practice Chief Resident at William Beaumont Hospital-Troy, she has been in private practice since 1991.

Stephen Richardson, D.O.

Dr. Richardson came to the U.S. from Panama during his teen years and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He has called Rochester his home for over 20 years. Dr. Richardson attended Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida followed by an Internship at Orlando General Hospital in Florida and Family Practice Residency at William Beaumont Hospital-Troy, he has been in private practice since 1991.

Robert Ricketts, D.O.

Dr. Ricketts grew up in the Rochester area and has come back home to practice. He graduated from University of Michigan with a Masters in Public Health and followed that by graduating from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Practice Residency at William Beaumont Hospital-Troy and started in private practice in 2012.

Trevor Ripley, M.D.

Trevor Ripley, M.D. received his Bachelor’s Degree from Albion College in 2001, before working as an EMT for Huron Valley Ambulance in Ann Arbor, Michigan and earning a Master’s Degree in Basic Medical Science from Wayne State University in 2003. He then obtained his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2007 and completed his residency training at Troy Beaumont in 2010. Dr. Ripley then worked in the private practice sector at Orion Family Physicians until the end of 2014 when he was appointed to the Clinical Faculty at the Beaumont Troy Family Medicine Residency from 2014 until 2021. Medical interests include sports medicine, in office procedures and chronic health management. He is an avid Detroit sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace and children, Savannah and Jack.

Erica Jarcaig, M.D.

Dr. Jarcaig grew up in Windsor, Ontario and graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2011. She earned her medical degree from St. James School of Medicine and completed her clinical rotations in Chicago and Detroit. Dr. Jarcaig then completed her residency training as part of the inaugural class of UAMS-Baptist Health Family Medicine program in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a big fan of the Green Bay Packers and likes to go camping with her dog Weasley in her spare time. Dr. Jarcaig is looking forward to starting her career in Michigan where she can be closer to her family and friends.

Raphael Szymanski, M.D.

Dr. Szymanski, originally from Brazil, has lived in Metro Detroit for over two decades. He completed his family medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit and earned his medical degree from WMU Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. He is driven by a strong commitment to preventative care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Szymanski finds joy in playing and listening to various genres of music.
